Super foods are foods that improve our health and reduce the risk of diseases according to scientific studies.  This article will discuss specific properties in food that are related to healthy skin, and also improve the skin overall healthiness and vibrancy.

    Thanks but in Africa, especially where I am, we lack some of these things so please could you help me with another remedy for treating eczema with something different like eggs or milk or something
