How to Make Sage and Raspberry Leaf Tea for Hot Flashes and Night Sweats
In my previous article about natural remedies for hot flashes I wrote about one of the most frequent symptoms of menopause that many women suffer from severely. Lately I came across this simple tea for hot flashes and night sweats that contains sage and raspberry leaves. It is not known why sage leaves reduce sweating, perhaps due to its astringent properties. Raspberry leaves are traditionally used to balance female hormones. Prepare this tea fresh before drinking.
